Since co-founding Quivers in 2012, Ruben Martin held the roles of CTO and COO, becoming the CEO in 2016. Ruben has 16+ years of enterprise software experience at Microsoft, Boeing, RightNow Technologies, and Oracle, holding positions in engineering, sales, and business development. Ruben has been primarily focused on helping businesses improve their customer experience and has had the opportunity to work with major brands in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to help drive those strategies.
