The focus of the ANCC Pathway to Excellence Conference™ is Positive Practice Environments Making a Difference in the Nursing Profession and Patient Care. Research shows the nurse practice environment greatly influences many factors that affect both the nurse and patient. The conference will be an educational and networking opportunity for both Pathway to Excellence® designated organizations and those interested in the Pathway to Excellence designation. Attend and learn why nurses at Pathway to Excellence designated organizations invite other nurses to come work with them.
Conference Objectives:
- Identify ways in which nurses and nursing practice thrive at organizations employing the 12 Pathway to Excellence Practice Standards.
- Explore what role environmental culture plays in practice environments for nurses.

Registration Policy:
By registering for this conference, you are obligated for the registration fee and agree to the cancellation and refund policies.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing via email to mworkshp@ana.org. An administration fee of one hundred ($100) dollars will be assessed for cancellation.
In the unlikely occurrence that ANCC cancels this event, ANCC limits its liability to each registrant to the amount paid by the registrant.
Registration Refund Policy:
Cancellation fourteen (14) or more days before conference – 100% refund minus $100 administration fee.
No refunds for cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the conference.
Photo Release:
A professional photographer will take pictures throughout the conference. The photos will be used to publicize the event and/or produce related literature and products for public release. Individuals photographed will receive no compensation for the use and release of these images and will be deemed to have consented to the use and release of photos in which they appear. Participants opposed to being photographed must immediately notify both the photographer and conference staff if they are photographed.
