Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Nixon Peabody LLP is an accredited provider of continuing legal education in California, Illinois, New York, and Rhode Island. Nixon Peabody will seek retroactive CLE approval in requested jurisdictions where reciprocity does not apply. State MCLE boards have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses. Please indicate on-site at the conference registration desk if you need CLE credits.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
IPED is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Continuing education credit totals may be subject to change if the conference scheduled changes due to canceled or added sessions. Credit calculations are based on both a 50 and 60 minute hour. Attendees seeking continuing education credits will be required to fill out the necessary forms at the registration desk on-site at the conference.
