Summary

With a curriculum designed by a committee of distinguished practitioners and scholars jointly selected by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and the Mason JEP, the Antitrust Law & Economics Institute is structured to provide maximum practical value to generalist judges with no prior training in either antitrust law or antitrust economics. The Institute will conclude with an in-depth mock trial encompassing sophisticated economic expert testimony.
