Question: How do I register?
Answer: Individuals and groups should register online by selecting the “register” button on the email invitation.
Question: Is there a registration fee for this event?
Answer: There is no registration fee for this event.
Question: How long will the webinar last?
Answer: Webinars are scheduled to run for 60 minutes. 
Question: How do I download files?
Answer: Files may be downloaded by clicking on the file and then selecting the "download" button.
Question: Where can I get a copy of the presentation?
Answer: The presentation along with all associated webinar materials will be available on HAC's website http://ruralhome.org/calendar/event/141 following the webinar.
Question: My line has been muted and I am unable to speak to the presenter or other participants. Is there a reason my line is muted?
Answer: All participants are in "listen only mode" during the webinar to allow for a more efficient presentation. However, you are able to submit questions by typing your questions into the "chat" box.
Question: Can I ask questions during the webinar?
Answer: During the webinar, participants may either ask questions by entering the questions in the "chat" box during the webinar or you may use the "raise hand" feature located at the top of the screen.  If you elect to use the "raise hand" function, those questions will be taken at the end of the webinar during open discussion. Your speaker will make every effort to address all questions submitted. However, due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee that every question will be addressed during the open discussion.
Question: How do I send a question directly to the presenter?
Answer: Private or direct questions may be sent to either the presenter or host of the webinar by "left clicking" on the name and selecting the "start private chat" option.  All questions pertaining to technical difficulties should be directed to the webinar host.
Question: I am hearing an echo, how do I fix that?
Answer: Usually echos are caused by duplicate audio playing through your computer speakers and your telephone line.  Muting your computer speakers usually fixes this issue.
Question: What happens if I get disconnected during the webinar?
Answer: Should you get disconnected during the webinar, follow the prompts as shown in the illustrations below.

Question: What if I have a question about what I heard on the webinar or have a follow-up question?
Answer: The Housing Assistance Council is very interested in any comments, feedback and/or questions!  Call us at (202) 842-8600 or email us at registration@ruralhome.org.  Be sure to include the webinar title in the subject line.
Question: Can more than one person from my company participate in the webinar?
Answer: We encourage you to invite your colleagues to attend the webinar. However, we strongly encourage each participant to register for the webinar.
Question: I can hear the presenter but I cannot see the presentation.
Answer: Try logging out of the webinar session and log back in. This usually resolves the issue.
Question: I not received the confirmation email with the link for the webinar, what should I do?
Answer: Please check to see if the email was inadvertently directed to your spam or junk mail folder.
