Technology moves at a furious pace, challenging communicators to be ready when stakeholder groups embrace a new platform or channel. Communicators have been caught unawares before, having to play catch-up with email, the internet, the web, social media, and mobile. (We’re still unacceptably far behind in social media and mobile technology.) In order to help you prepare for the technologies that will next disrupt organizational communication, IABC has turned to longtime online communication specialist Shel Holtz, who will spend each of the four weeks of this online workshop exploring a technology that will, without question, affect the way organizations communicate with audiences – if they’re not already.
