Meeting Materials

ARIN 40 Registration Now Open

ARIN holds open, biannual Public Policy and Members Meetings where attendees gather to discuss draft Internet number resource policies and network with colleagues. You can view current Draft Policies and Proposals that may be discussed at this meeting on the ARIN website.

In addition to policy and technical discussions, there will be a Newcomer Orientation to welcome those who are new to ARIN meetings (or maybe just need a refresher!) followed by a tutorial on the Policy Development Process (PDP) on Wednesday afternoon. Additionally, a Happy Hour is planned for Wednesday evening and an exciting social event is planned for Thursday evening. When registering, please be sure to select which of those events you would like to attend.

ARIN 40 will directly follow the North American Network Operators Group (NANOG) 71, which will take place 2-4 October in the same location. Registration for NANOG 71 is available on the NANOG website.

Remote Participation

If you're not able to be there in person, ARIN offers a webcast and live transcript of the full meeting, and registered remote participants will have access to a meeting chat room where they can submit comments and questions to the discussions during the meeting. More information is available here.

So whether you'll be participating in-person or remotely, register today!

Seeking "Test Drivers"!

User Interface Testing (no experience necessary)

We need you to preview exciting changes coming to! At your convenience, meet with our site specialists during ARIN Help Desk hours for a 5- to 15-minute session where you'll get a first look at improvements underway and you can tell us what you think.

This is a great hands-on opportunity to make an impact on ARIN's online service. Be sure to make that you are interested in being a test driver when you register. Or you can email to sign up in advance.

We can't do it without you, and all the users of the ARIN community thank you in advance for your service!

The purpose of the program is to broaden education outreach in the community and bring new ideas into the public policy discussions.

The application deadline for ARIN’s Fellowship Program for ARIN 40 has passed. The application process for ARIN 41, in Miami, FL, from 15 – 18 April 2018, will open soon.  Questions? Please email
