$60.00 for all other students

Students eligible for a free handbook may pick it up at check-in on Sunday, June 2 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or Monday, June 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the Rome Commons Portico.

Handbooks may be purchased on-site with a check made out directly to "CAAO".

Property Assessment Valuation, 3rd Edition

Students must purchase this required text directly from the IAAO website

It is recommended that students enrolled in CCMA courses 1B, 2A, 2B, 3, and 4 (Revaluation Course) complete assigned readings (provided by course instructors) from the IAAO text Property Assessment Valuation, 3rd Edition prior to the start of School.  The prerequisite reading list is posted on the CAAO website.

For cancellations before or on May 20, 2019, you will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.

For cancellations after May 20, 2019, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations or substitutions can be made by editing your online registration. You can access your registration using the confirmation number in your confirmation email.

Please note: cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel a room you may have reserved at the Nathan Hale Inn. Your must cancel hotel reservations separately.

Payment in full or purchase order must be received by May 20, 2019 to confirm registration. A late fee of $20 will be charged on payments received after May 20, 2019.
