Full payment is required at time of registration. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted for both online and on-site registration. Checks will only be accepted for advance registration – NOT on-site. If Paying By Check: Checks will need to be made out to “USHCC” or “United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce” and must accompany a printout of your online registration confirmation email. Please ensure your confirmation code appears on the check and mail payment to USHCC (Attn: 2012 National Convention Services), 1424 K Street NW, Suite 401, Washington, DC 20005.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
To modify or cancel your registration, please visit www.ushccconvention.com. You can also follow the links in your online registration confirmation email.
NOTE: You will need your confirmation code to modify or cancel your registration. Changes to your order online will only be available through September 7 at 11:59 PM EDT.
To modify cancel a general or sponsor registration order or to cancel a sponsorship package after September 7, please contact Yesmin Asmar with Elite Global Events, Inc. at 646-291-2122 or via email at yesmin.asmar@eliteglobalevents.com.
REFUNDS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to yesmin.asmar@eliteglobalevents.com. Refund requests for full conference passes, additional events and day passes are determined on a case by case basis and must be received before Friday, September 7. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties and no-shows will not be refunded.
TICKETING
Name badges, passes and pre-paid event tickets will be distributed at general registration during the convention. General registration will take place Sunday, September 16 – Tuesday, September 18, from 7 AM – 5 PM EDT at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE. Passes and tickets will not be available prior.
