What is the Cancellation Policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of a workshop. Program materials are non-refundable and non-returnable within 30 days of the workshop. You will receive a refund of $600 if you cancel within 30 days of the workshop, have tech issues that cannot be resolved within the first hour of the workshop, or materials delivery cannot be confirmed prior to the workshop. You will not receive a refund if you cancel after the start of a workshop. To cancel or make any changes to your registration, please call (02) 9328 7119.

International Shipping Policy

Please keep in mind that your workshop materials may be subject to additional fees, such as customs and import duties of the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and we are unable to determine what these fees may be at the time of purchase. Please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information about any such fees prior to ordering.

Confirmation of receipt of materials is required to participate in this workshop. If material delivery cannot be confirmed, registrant will be notified and registration will be cancelled. 

If a package or shipment is returned to us as refused or unclaimed, the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded, less any costs incurred. If a refused or unclaimed package or shipment is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
