Question: What is the refund policy?

All refunds subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

  • Unless the conference is cancelled, no refunds will be issued after March 15, 2019 - this includes refunds due to inclement weather; unless the conference is cancelled.
Question: What happens if we have inclement weather the day of conference?
Answer: So long as the conference is still in session, no refunds will be given.
Question: Will parking be validated?
Answer: Parking will only be validated for Friday, March 29th. It is not validated for the workshop day on the 28th.
Question: How can I book a hotel room?

Hotel Room Block for 2019 BALC Conference

Question: What type of CEs are available at the conference?
Answer: The BALC is an approved ACE provider for Continuing Education Units in Behavior Analysis.
Question: How many CEUs are available?

A maximum of:

  • 6 CEUs will be available on Thursday, March 28th.
  • 7 CEUs will be available on Friday, March 29th.
  • 3 Additional CEs available to conference attendees throughout the year.
Question: What meals or refreshments included?

Thursday, March 28th:

  • Coffee cart available
  • Lunch is included with the purchase of a full day workshop option (i.e., Business Leadership Forum, Clinical Leadership Forum, Essential for Living Workshop).
  • Luncheon tickets are available for purchase for those who purchased AM and/or PM workshop tickets & Exhibitors.

Friday, March 29th:

  • Breakfast and Lunch are included with registration.
  • A coffee cart will be available on the conference level
