In this session, the secrets of how to run and participate in a productive meeting will be revealed. This session is for you if: you’ve ever been in a meeting and wanted to be a mover (or a seconder) but weren’t sure of the responsibilities; you’ve chaired a meeting and someone asked to make a (friendly) amendment and you weren’t sure if that was allowed; or, you’ve been to a Council meeting and wanted to speak up but just couldn’t figure out how to get on the speaker’s list. What are the Rules? How can we make our meetings better? Why do we need a Chair, anyway?
