Nathalie has recently joined the Huda Beauty family as President of North America, establishing the Dubai-Based company’s new office in Los Angeles, and assembling its US-based team from scratch.   Nathalie works closely with founder Huda Kattan - the world’s #1 beauty influencer and inspirational She-EO - to grow Huda Beauty, already one of the world’s fastest growing beauty companies.  Nathalie’s mission is to oversee all strategic efforts to expand the digitally-native indie brand in the US and Canada, and drive the global center of excellence for digital and ecommerce out of LA.


Prior to joining Huda Beauty, Nathalie was the Global Brand President of NYX Professional Makeup.  Nathalie joined the brand in 2014 following the acquisition of NYX by L’Oreal, where Nathalie spent most of her career.   Under Nathalie’s visionary leadership, NYX experienced explosive growth, more than quadrupling sales in 4 years.  Nathalie spearheaded the globalization of the brand into 70+ countries, amplifying the social and digital model of the brand to reach millions of beauty junkies across the globe.  She also pioneered a unique retail concept to more deeply engage with consumers.


In her career, Nathalie has managed large iconic brands and businesses in different geographies.  She has held the positions of Senior Vice President of Marketing for L’Oréal Paris USA, General Manager of Maybelline New York and Garnier in Canada, as well as global marketing roles in France.  She is most passionate about her experience scaling high-growth consumer-centric brands that are disrupting the beauty industry.


Nathalie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.  She started her career with Procter & Gamble in her native Toronto, Canada, and has now happily settled in Los Angeles with her family.
