Question: Where is BBR held?
BBR is held inside the Penthouse Ballroom at the Le Méridien Delfina Santa Monica hotel.

The Le Méridien Delfina Santa Monica hotel offers valet parking for $10 (we do not offer parking validation). Another option is the Santa Monica Civic Center public parking lot for a maximum $14.00 fee. To avoid delays, we strongly encourage attendees to carpool or use Uber/Lyft.

You will need to take 2 different elevators to reach BBR. Upon arrival at the hotel, please follow the signs to the Penthouse level. Take the main elevators or stairs to the Mezzanine level. Then turn right, walk pass the Longitude Bar + Restaurant, continue down the long hallway, and take the elevator to the Penthouse level. We will also have a host to help you find your way. 

Question: What is the format of BBR?

During pre-registration, you self-select your Top 6 Facilitator/roundtables choices. We do our best to seat you with your Top 3 and email your final seating a few days before the event. We encourage attendees to arrive by 5:00pm to check-in and enjoy complimentary appetizers, cocktails, and network with other attendees.  Your 3 pre-selected Facilitators and their table numbers are printed on the back of your name badge. At 5:30pm, the doors to the ballroom will open and event attendees are seated at their 1st roundtable. Mazur Group will give opening remarks followed by the 3 roundtable discussions. Each roundtable consists of 35 minute interactive discussions. There will be short intermissions in between the roundtable discussions. Gift bags are distributed at the end of the event. Question: What happens if I don’t get my Top 3 Facilitators?

The final Facilitator/Roundtable seating is based on order of registration and availability. We do our very best to accommodate you by giving you 2 of your Top 3 choices. You have the option of guaranteeing all of your Top 3 choices by paying an additional $50 during registration.

Question: Is there a wait list if BBR is sold-out?
Answer: BBR tickets tend to sell out well in advance, so once BBR is sold-out, you're more than welcome to add yourself on the online wait list. Yes, BBR includes complimentary appetizers, cocktails, coffee and tea. 

Question: Is there WiFi access at BBR?

Sorry, there is no complimentary WiFi access at BBR. 

Question: How should I dress for BBR?
Answer: We encourage attendees to dress in business or business casual attire.
Question: How often are BBR events held & how long is each event?
Answer: BBR events are held twice a year (Spring and Fall), and generally run for 4 hours between 9:00am - 1:00pm during a morning event and 5:00pm- 9:00 pm during an evening event.
