Better Process Control School (Virtual) Acidified Foods

 The Better Process Control School (Virtual)-Acidified Foods class is the equivalent of the 2-day in person, Acidified Foods program. This is a 100% online course. All presentations and exams are delivered live through the internet. It will be held via Zoom in 4, 1/2 day segments. Zoom links will be provided to registrants. Exam links will be provided the day(s) of the course and graded real-time. Certificates will be mailed upon successfully completing the course.

The Better Process Control School (BPCS) is a 2-4 day school designed for manufacturers of shelf stable, acidified and low acidified foods (including pet foods). U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations in 21 CFR 108, 113, and 114 require that acidified and low acid food manufacturers operate with a certified supervisor on hand at all times during production. This BPCS also meets U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) regulations the 9 CFR Part 431  for shelf stable, thermally processed meat and poultry products.
