Beyond Mandated Reporting: Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse

To help you to maximize your online learning experience in our EITP Moodle Management System, please read the tips below:

Avoid blocking our emails. In order to receive emailed confirmation notices and informational messages from EITP, make sure you mark anything that comes from illinoiseitraining.org, Illinois.edu, or email@cvent.com as safe.
Allow pop up windows from "learn.illinois.edu"
Make sure that you have a strong internet connection. A strong consistent internet connection will impact your functionality within these learning modules.
Manage your time. This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. Please plan accordingly.
Use Adobe Flash Version 9 or better. Adobe Flash is required to play the online modules. Flash can be downloaded from Adobe at no charge. Please keep in mind that this excludes ipads and iphones and other devices that don't support Flash. Click here to download.
Check your internet browsers. Internet browsers do impact the efficiency in which these modules function. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the recommended browsers. Click here to see what browser you are using and make sure you are using the most current browser.
Follow the steps in order. Go through the modules in consecutive order without moving forward or backward.
Navigate the course. Once you finish a module, close the window and refresh your page. A check mark will appear next to the module to document it has been completed. The next module will not unlock until the check mark appears next to the previous module.
Complete quizzes. Once you begin a quiz you will have 30 minutes to complete it. If you do not complete it within 30 minutes you will need to start over. A 100% passing grade is required and you have unlimited attempts to complete each quiz successfully.
