Body Balance - Mondays and Wednesdays

A FREE class for seniors and those with limited mobility. Designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and ease in activities of daily living. The class concludes with stretching and breathing for a relaxing finish. Taught by an exercise physiologist.

Class meets every Monday and Wednesday (except holidays) from 11:00am to 11:45am.
