The event will be a half day training, repeated at two different locations, Greenfield and Northampton. It will include a unique and original one-woman performance on the developing brain, a didactic piece and breakout sessions for participants to discuss how the information impacts their work and/or lives. Attendees need no prior knowledge or skill level to participate. These trainings will be useful to social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, pediatricians, teachers, administrators, professors, guidance counselors, education support professionals students in the above fields, those working with youth, parents, juvenile justice professionals, child advocates, law enforcement, elected officials, municipal health departments and daycare providers.
Participants MUST attend the entire training (3.0 hours) to receive full credit, if any time is missed due to an individual's late arrival or his/her leaving early - credit hours will be reduced - no exceptions.
