PAYMENT: Payment of online registration fees is accepted by credit card only. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that American Express credit card payments will incur an additional 3.6% charge. For alternate payment options, please contact the BTS Meetings Team at meetings@thebts.org.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds can only be made less an administration fee of £30 prior to 27 February 2012. A written confirmation of the cancellation must be given by the BTS Meetings Team for your refund to be processed. Cancellations received after 27 February 2012 will not be eligible for a refund. Those who cancel after the deadline and have not paid will be responsible for the full amount invoiced plus any administrative or processing fees that may apply.
REPLACEMENTS: Substitutions can be made at any time, but the BTS Meetings Team must be informed as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a delay at registration. Proof of identity may be requested if membership status cannot be confirmed. When the identity of an individual cannot be confirmed, access to the conference may be denied.
