Effective fundraising takes a team! Learn to get everyone excited to be involved in securing funds to meet your mission. 

Since the release of the CompassPoint study, UnderDeveloped, in 2013, it’s clear organizations need to build a culture of philanthropy – engaging people throughout the whole organization in understanding and participating in fund development.  Successful fundraising is a team sport, requiring an array of strategies and a variety of roles. Learn to create an environment where development staff, the executive director, board, staff and others are effective partners in planning and securing the financial support needed to fulfill their missions. Designed for Executive Directors, Board Members, Development Directors, Development staff, and Senior Managers, this session will help you think about and plan how to apply these concepts and strategies in your own organizations.
