Computer Science and Engineering Camp for Girls

Want to explore how one person—like you!—can change the world? Experience how computer science designs are constructed as building blocks in both virtual and physical worlds. Discover a new way of computational thinking that will provide you a new outlook on life. 

This summer camp is geared toward providing middle-school girls with an opportunity to explore how they can become a designer of new technology using ideas rooted in computer science and engineering. They will interact directly with world-renowned computer scientists at different stages of their careers. They will witness how research is performed at top universities and high-tech companies. They will experience first-hand how to build and program virtual worlds and automatic devices. They will see how they can drive the future through creativity and imagination. 

WHO: Open to anyone entering 7th to 9th grades
