In this two-part interactive workshop you will learn practical strategies and techniques for building your own personal resilience. Louisa Jewell, President and Founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, will introduce you to the fascinating field of positive psychology and discuss the six pillars of well-being and how you can put these into practice to increase resilience and truly flourish in your life.
