Business Management & Economics training course - April 10th to 12th, Houston

The content of this Business Management training course is divided up in to three days:

Day 1: Macroeconomics environment, feedstocks and costs
Day 2: Competitiveness (cost curves, transfer prices and value chains)
Day 3: Project evaluation, forecasting, financial modelling and strategic planning

What the course covers:

The world of chemicals is highly dependent on what happens in the energy industry, but also on the specific relationships within the value chain as well as the competition on the end markets for chemical products.

This training course has been designed for professionals in the chemical industry who are interested in understanding the dynamics of the industry from the perspective of economics and costs.
