Gavin Bailey, Operations Director, CitySuites
As Operations Director for the brand, Gavin ensures that the guest experience is consistently first class. He guides his staff to deliver quality and exceptional customer service across all aspects of CitySuites.
He joins CitySuites after heading up Select Property Group’s Investor Relations and Family Office departments – roles that saw him deliver value-adding customer service and develop key client relationships. Previously, Gavin gained 15 years’ experience working in high-net-worth customer-facing roles with Ferrari and Porsche.
Louise Dobson, Executive Assistant, PZ Cussons
Since 2014 Louise has worked for PZ Cussons where she is an EA to the Executive Committee & Travel Specialist. Louise has a leisure travel background working in various roles from 1998 to 2005 followed by a career change in 2005-14 where she was EA to the CIO & CEO at Autotrader.
Melanie Quinn, Commercial director, CTI
Melaine joined CTI in Jan 2016 as Director of Client Partnership, heading the client management team, air supply relations and customer service delivery. Previously she was at Etihad Airways as Sales Manager for the north, where over 5 years she built brand recognition for Etihad throughout the North and a new account management team. She has also worked for Scandinavian airlines in Global sales and bmi in account management.
Vicky Collins, Tournament Director, Boodles Tennis
Vicky established Boodles Tennis in 2010 having ran White Events successfully for 5 years designing and implementing events for global companies. Recognising there was a need for a luxury lifestyle event in the North West which accommodated both male and female guests and provided a platform for sponsors to showcase and corporates to entertain high net worth guests.
Former sponsor Etihad Airways presented the opportunity to export the event to Abu Dhabi and in 2014 Vicky delivered Tennis at The Palace and again this year at Saadiyat Beach Club. Vicky currently holds a position as Senior Account Manager for software company Wranx, which requires her to design implementation of their product with global brands such as Peugeot Citroen.
