Volunteers: Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a reminder email prior to the event. Please note that the volunteer session you select, you will be expected to be there during the entire time period, if needed. A Volunteer task will be assigned when you check-in on event day. If you are on a wait list, we will notify you if a session becomes available. You may be assigned to another assignment that needs additional volunteers not listed.

There will NOT be a secure area to bring valuables. Please wear comfortable close toe shoes, khaki color pants, or knee length shorts or skirts. You can pick up your t-shirt at the recommended time prior to the event on the selected dates, or the day of the event.  We do provide coffee/light breakfast, snacks and lunch depending on your session time.  Volunteers are not allowed to partake in the the paid guests food tasting at the booths.

Event shirts will be available for pick-up May 1 - May 5, 8 a.m. to  5p.m. ONLY at the Events Office CLA Bldg. 98, Tower side, 5th floor. Otherwise, you can pick up on event day at Volunteer Check-in.

 Event Day Reminders:
 • Park in the Parking Structure only. There is no charge for Parking at this site (CPP volunteers, please bring your CPP parking permit).
 • Check-in 10-15 minutes before your assigned session time at Volunteer Check-in at the Media Center in front of the CLA bldg. where you will receive your assignment.
 • Check-out at Volunteer Check-in after you are released by your supervisor lead.

HRT 498 ONLY - This is pre-set up day for the tasting. You may be asked to lift boxes of various sizes and weight..

Sunday, May 7th-General Volunteers

There will be sessions to choose from for those 18 yrs. and older and 21 yrs. and older for different time shifts before, during and after the event.  You can choose more than one session.

You may be assigned one of the following: Volunteer booth, registration, greeter, counter, set-up, take down, crowd control, information, hand out shirts, auction, partner check-in, tasting area, misc. Note: You may be asked to assist with your area set-up or tear down or assigned to another assignment not listed. You will receive volunteer credit,  if needed.
