About Our California Designated Representative and Exemptee Course. 1. This is a web class. After completing registration, check your email for the URL for the class and the enrollment key. If you do not see the email after 10 minutes, check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. 2. Students review pre-recorded presentations covering the required content for certification. 3. Following each presentation the student takes the final exam. Students may review the content of any section as many times as you want. Students may take the exam for each section as many time as you NEED to get a passing score (85%). Students get instant feedback on your test performance. 4. When you pass all 8 exams, click on the appropriate link. at the bottom of the page, to request the documentation appropriate for the agency the student is applying to. 5. Training Declarations (CA Board of Pharmacy) or an Official Certificate of Completion (Dept of Health Services) are sent to the address provided at the end of the course via United States Priority Mail every Monday morning, unless a different schedule is indicated in the web room entry page. Often time we send out certificates on a daily basis. 6. The class is $525 per student when registered through Cvent, a secure on line booking service. There are no additional fees unless you choose to add FedEx Express Overnight Delivery, or loose or misplace your certificates and need reprints. Knowledge and understanding of state and federal law relating to the distribution of dangerous drugs and dangerous devices. 2. Knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws relating to the distribution of controlled substances. 3. Knowledge and understanding of quality control systems. 4. Knowledge and understanding of the United States Pharmacopoeia standards relating to the safe storage and handling of drugs. 5. Knowledge and understanding of prescription terminology, abbreviations, dosages and format. 6. Knowledge of Health and Safety Code - HMDR. Topics: 1.
