Learn some ways to relieve the pain and some of the precursors to a “bad day” and how to get relief. This class is about support, comfort and relief before, during and after a Temporal Mandibular Joint episode. Discover how to recognize the early stages of discomfort and how to alleviate or stop the progression to debilitating discomfort.
