CanSurvive Conference

The CanSurvive Conference: Living the New Normal is a free two-day patient education conference designed to provide an interactive educational forum for survivors of pediatric and young adult cancer, their caregivers and family members. Sessions will take place on Saturday, November 9th and Sunday, November 10th.

Topics will vary throughout the weekend and will include sessions on nutrition, exercise, transplant survivorship, insurance, infertility and scholarships. Attendees will be able to choose their sessions to meet their own educational needs.
