Kelly Swanson - Leaders are in the trenches with a front-row seat to the hardships of the people in their area. It's tough to be a leader now, because you have to influence others while you're going through a lot yourself. Stress is at an all-time high. How do you lead and be a positive influence for your team, while staying motivated. As always, it's all about the power of story. The story we tell ourselves. The stories of the people we serve. We all have a different story of how our boat weathered this storm. But the one thing that stands true of all of us is that how we weather the storm is up to us and how we choose to see it. Our perspective is the only thing we can control every time. That is resilience--the power to control the narrative in our head and in our team.
Kirk Arthur will be sharing a world view around security in the COVID ear and through the lens of his role as Worldwide Public Safety and Justice Director.
