 Are You Prepared for A Workplace Crisis?

Session Goals:

  • To provide employers with real life workplace crisis scenarios.
  • To provide examples of crisis outcomes for the well-prepared business versus the unprepared business.
  • To educate employers on crisis communication plans and to outline the key elements.

Holly C. Carter is the President and CEO of Carter & Co. Communications, Inc., a full service strategic & crisis communications firm. Holly is crisis manager certified through the Institute of Crisis Management and is a proven leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in complex communications strategies. For nearly a decade, global brands including Walmart, Jelly Belly, and Olam have relied upon her expertise in strategic communications. She has successfully helped countless organizations through the most difficult times and enabled them to survive an attack on their brand. She was a featured speaker at the 2017 World Ag Expo to attendees from over 70 countries. Holly is an alumnus of the 2015 SBA’s Emerging Leaders Class. Holly graduated Magna cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor's degree in Communications
