Bisnow's Chicago Tech Summit/Office of the Future will focus on the driving factors that have lured major tech companies into the city, where explosive growth has occurred, and on what developers/owners/service providers are providing to make sure these companies stay for good.
Specifically, we'll look at the hottest submarkets in the region for tech office, the space requirements tech tenants are in the market for, what specific buildings and developments are available or in prospect for tech tenants, and what specific buildings or floors could be repositioned or spec'd out for tech tenants.
We'll also discuss how workplace design is a key factor in enticing and retaining the “best and the brightest," the future of the corner office, and whether there a new definition of power in the workplace.
