CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be made via the registration system, fax or e-mail. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 4th for a partial refund. A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed to cover administrative costs.

REFUNDS
Registration fees will not be refunded and purchase orders will be invoiced for cancellations received after Friday, August 4th.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We cannot offer refunds for “no shows,” or cancellations however, substitutions are welcome without penalty. Please contact AK Consulting Group at 850-523-4200 or joanna@akconsultinggroup.org to make a substitution.
