The Federal Circuit Bar Association (CFBA) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will be co-hosting a Webinar on Updates on Standards Essential Patents (SEPs) in China: Prosecution and Injunctions.  It is a free event in which you will be able to gather information from leading academics and experts from the US, China and Switzerland.    .
