Question: What transportation or travel options are available for the conference?
Answer:

Conference attendees are encouraged to make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the conference location in Winnipeg, MB. Winnipeg is easily accessible by air and land transportation. For more information about travel to & within Winnipeg, click on the Travel & Accommodations tab at the top left of this webpage.

Question: What accommodation arrangements are there for the conference in Winnipeg?
Answer:

Organizers are pleased to have arranged a limited number of rooms available for conference attendees at the Delta Hotel Winnipeg and the ALT Hotel for special discounted rates. Please see the Travel and Accommodation page for details and discount codes.

Accommodations are separate from your conference registration and must be booked separately. Be sure to book early to ensure availability and the best rates!

Question: Can I register on-site?
Answer:

Yes. Registrations completed on-site at the conference will be subject to a $50 fee. 


Yes. Discounts apply for applicable registrations received up to & including Fri. March 31st, 2017. Regular registration rates apply after that date. The final day for online registration in advance is Wed. May 24th, 2017. Be sure to register early and save! Please note: Last minute onsite registration in Prince George may be available, but at additional cost.
Question: Can I change my registration after I've submitted it?
Answer:

Yes. To modify your registration, click on the "Already Registered" button located at the top and bottom of this website, and enter your email and confirmation number. 

Any modifications to items with an associated cost will be subject to our refund policies. 

Question: I have a discount code. How do I register?
Answer:

Proceed through the registration process as normal. On the payment page, enter your code in the "Discount Code" field before submitting payment.
