Exhibit booths are 8' deep x 10' wide and include:
* 8' high backdrop and 3' high side rail draping
* One 6 ft. table with 2 chairs
* Wireless Internet access
* Basic electrical (1 plug).
Please note: If your equipment requires a special electrical connection, we must be notified in advance to determine the additional cost to you and placement of your booth to accommodate your requirements.
You will also need to provide your own extension cord(s) and power strip(s).
Additional tables are available at a cost of $50 per table.
There are two exhibit times during the conference. Exhibit Times are:
Wednesday, May 30, 2012: 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Technology Showcase Dessert Reception - Desserts, coffee and bar set in exhibit area.
Thursday, May 31, 2012: 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Technology Showcase Luncheon - Lunch for all attendees will be served around the exhibit area.
For Platinum Level Sponsor Only - Welcome Reception or Game Night - In addition to the two exhibit times noted above, our Platinum Sponsor will also have the choice of one of the times noted below.

Conference sponsors will receive an ad in the Conference Program based on their level of participation.
Ads must be in color and print quality (300 dpi or above)

Quarter-Page Ad: 3-1/2" wide x 4-1/4" high

Vendor track presentations are 30 minutes in length and may be scheduled on any one of the three days of the conference (Wed-Fri). We encourage you to collaborate with an institute of higher learning who has used your product/service in an innovative manner in the teaching and learning environment. Abstracts must be submitted online.
