Join us in Kansas City for code Learning Lab this summer!

code Learning Lab is a two-day immersion event designed exclusively for IT leaders and developers. It gives innovators of all skill levels a place to learn how to integrate new apps or easily transfer discrete data using Cerner open standards through real-world use cases, easy-to-use code and curated courses from Cerner’s top engineering talent.

This summer’s workshop features an expanded format that allows attendees flexibility to choose which education sessions or hands-on labs they want to attend. These sessions will be the same content that was presented during the Fall 2017 code Learning Lab at CHC and provides an excellent opportunity to catch the sessions you might have missed last year. 

Why should I attend?

This is your opportunity to work and learn directly from Cerner’s top engineering talent. We’ve designed an event filled with education that will allow your IT team and developers to take away skills that can begin using immediately.

The summer schedule offers opportunities for many different interests and different roles within your health IT department. You can build your own schedule from some of the following topics:

• Introductory courses on working with open standards like SMART and FHIR and securing apps using OAuth2.
• Introductory courses and labs on building with standards in the HealtheIntent environment.
• Advanced courses on SMART on FHIR, including write-backs, CDS Hooks and trouble-shooting.
• Open labs with hands-on exercises (seating limited in open labs).
