In this two-day workshop on managing anger, you will explore in detail how to support people as they learn new strategies for dealing with disruptive anger patterns. This workshop focuses on ethical approaches to this difficult population.
On day one, you will explore general strategies for managing the physiology and effects of anger patterns. On day two you will explore how to work with mandated clients over 10 sessions. If you have an on-going relationship with your clients, you will find this workshop particularly helpful. You will leave this workshop with a client workbook and ideas for group work as well as individual applications.
