Communicating Successfully

Effective communication establishes a connection that leaves a powerful and positive impression with others. It is the conduit for effective discourse, decision making and teamwork. Learn how to gain support from coworkers, project a confident self-image, and master the key communication skills that will influence your success.

  • Strategies, processes, and skills necessary to address most business communications
  • How to communicate clearly and appropriately by understanding your and others’ communication style.
  • Principles of listening and strategies to improve your aptitude.

COST:  $195.00 per person

Refund policy: If cancellation two weeks or more prior to start date, a refund will be issued minus a $75.00 processing fee. After that, no refund will be issued. Substitutions are welcome.
