What airport do I fly into? |

The most common airport used for trips to Santa Fe or Los Alamos is Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ). There is a small airport in Santa Fe, but very limited commercial flights that utilize it. Albuquerque is approximately an hour's drive from Santa Fe and two hours away from Los Alamos. |

How do I get from the Albuquerque Airport to the hotel? |

There are two shuttle services available that provide service from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Reservations are required with either company. The cost is approximately $50 round trip.

How will my reimbursement or travel grant work? |

We may prepay for your hotel, but not always. This will be detailed on your official letter from LANL. Once you have completed your travel, you will need to send us receipts along with a signed form that you will receive at the event. receipts should be submitted to us within 2 months of the event. Once the receipts are received, it generally takes two months for you to receive your check. |

I am presenting a poster and I've got a few questions. How big can my poster be? How will I mount my poster? What if I want to run a movie along with my poster? |

The poster boards are 47"x47". Please be sure your poster will fit within these dimensions. Adhesive velcro will be provided for mounting. Pins are not permitted. If you have any special requirements for your poster presentation, such as a power outlet, please let us know at least 1 week prior to the conference. |
