The Community Therapists Network (CTN) is a national organisation supporting the network of therapists who provide care and support in the community for people living with long-term conditions. Working within community, rehabilitation and intermediate care settings, this network of therapists connects education, health, mental health and social care.

The CTN believes that coordinated action can be far more effective than the sum of the action from the individual people or organizations. Therefore, we actively encourages professionals working in all aspects of community therapy to collaborate and share knowledge, enthusiasm and best practice to stimulate advances in the care of people with long-term conditions in primary care.

The Community Therapists Network is a unique organization comprised of a wide range of professionals including but not limited to:
  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational Therapists

  • Nurses (community psychiatric nurses, reablement nurses)
  • Dietitians and Nutritional Therapists
