Please Note:

After we have accepted your registration as an exhibitor, you will receive a request via email from insurance@alliancefranchisebrands.com to register with our Certificate of Insurance (COI) tracking system, myCOI. Once you have registered your company in myCOI and included your agent’s contact information, your agent will receive an email with instructions and a link from myCOI to upload your Certificate of Insurance into the myCOI portal. Your valid COI must be received no less than 30 days prior to the event.

Also, your insurance policies must name not only Allegra Network LLC as additional insured, but also any affiliates Allegra designates. Such policies may not be cancelled or altered without 30 days’ prior written notice to us and the dates of the event must fall within the term of such policies. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your exhibitor’s contract for specific insurance requirements.
