Cooking Institute: Spring Desserts

Eggs will be the foundation for a number of springtime desserts. Participants of Spring Desserts will explore using eggs to make frozen and baked desserts; dessert sauces will also be featured. As requested, there will be a demonstration on how to make a pâte á choux from start to finish.
