This is a two part course. Part One (the first two days) is for any state revenue employee (lawyer, auditor, policy analyst or other) and can be taken on a stand-alone basis. Part Two (days three and four) is for state auditors or those who support state audit work. Part Two students must also take Part One of the course. Part Two students must have laptop computers with Excel 2007 or 2010 and a CD-Drive or a free USB port to enable the sharing of files. Many of the Part Two problems use Excel spreadsheet software. Course Hours will be 8:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. each day. Registration (for non-District of Columbia students) is strongly recommended by September 13, 2013.
A room block has been arranged for this course at the rate of $279 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy.
