The purpose of this workshop is to bring together scientists working in the areas of astrophysics, cosmic ray detection, and dark matter theory, in order to discuss recent developments in: i) the theoretical modeling of pulsars and other gamma-rays sources; ii) experimental data from the HAWC and other cosmic rays experiments; iii) theoretical prospects for multi-TeV dark matter; and iv) the interface of these three subjects.
