Unit 1:
Getting Started with Your Focused Cost Analysis covers the Focused Cost Analysis (FCA) methodology. It also provides an overview of how to identify and gather the organizations costs.

The unit will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

Unit 2:
All About Relative Value Units examines what relative value units are and how they are collected.

The unit will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

Unit 3:
Putting the Pieces Together for an Effective Cost Analysis addresses how to complete a Focused Cost Analysis by bringing together cost and utilization data to support the development of a sliding fee discount schedule.

This unit will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

 

Intended Audience:
Administrative or managerial staff who are conducting a cost analysis.

 

Registration and Fees:
Registration for all units is ongoing and free.

To received a certificate of attendance, participants will need to complete an evaluation after each unit.
