Get ahead and stay ahead of your business legal matters!

Running your own business is incredibly rewarding. It can also be incredibly risky. Legal issues are challenging to plan for, but most businesses will face them at some point. According to the US. Small Business Administration, between 36%-53% of small businesses are involved in litigation in any given year. Over 100 million lawsuits are filed in US state courts every year. A smart business owner is prepared for this possibility, and revisits those preparations regularly.

Learn more about how to limit your personal and business liability so you can focus on what’s important: your business. The Women’s Business Enterprise Council and the Women’s Business Development Center have worked with Women-Owned Law to put together a panel that will help you Cover Your Legal Bases.
