CPSP Orientation Training
This training will address program requirements for implementing a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) including an overview of CPSP and review of the requirements for client orientation, CPSP assessments (health education, nutrition and psychosocial) and the individualized care plan. The goal of this training is that all attending providers and practitioners will develop a fundamental understanding of CPSP requirements and how to deliver CPSP services in their practice setting. Sessions will utilize the Provider Handbook and Step to Take binders to illustrate implementation of the CPSP program. General information regarding billing will be addressed, but specific information will not be covered. The registration fee includes the cost of one Provider Overview Handbook and one Steps to Take Guidelines.
Registered Nurses (RN): Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN), Provider Number 9655. Course meets the qualifications for up to 6 hours of continuing education credit for RN's as required by the CA BRN.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by the registration cut-off date, are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions will be accepted; however, refunds will not be provided. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.
