Question: Which airport should I use?

Ronald Reagan is approximately 15 minutes taxi ride to the St. Gregory Hotel.

Washington Dulles is approximately 45 minutes taxi ride to the St. Gregory Hotel.

Question: Is ground transportation provided?

Ground transportation will be arranged for invited speakers.

Question: What do the Student Symposium awards cover?

The Student Symposium Award includes registration for all three days - the Student Symposium on Monday March 12 and the Colloquium on March 13-14.  Student awardees are expected to attend all three days.  Meals provided:  Dinner on Sunday, March 11, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday, March 12.  Breakfast, lunch and reception on Tuesday, March 13; breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, March 14.

Awardees will be reimbursed for travel expenses (hotel, transportation, parking, taxis, etc.) up to the maximum award.

West coast students will receive $800 in travel subsidy, students traveling from the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast will receive $600 in travel subsidy. Local students in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia will receive registration for all three days, but no travel support. 

Question: What is the cancellation policy?

Regular Registration
   100% reimbursed if cancelled by February 12, 2018  5 PM Eastern Time
   50% reimbursed if cancelled by February 26, 2018 5 PM Eastern Time

Subsidized Registration
   There is no refund for cancellations of this registration
