Cross-Sector Summit: From Nodes to Networks - Building a results-based collaboration infrastructure

This day-long event is an opportunity to create a movement to improve results, from policy to practice, in the areas of health, education, and social services.  Collaboration can be very powerful.  It's also a lot of work.  That's why we're building a shared infrastructure to make it easier to work together on the most important stuff.  We are creating a menu of data, tools, and processes to improve results.   We'll show you 3 examples of local impact networks and how we're linking them to agencies, policy-makers, philanthropy, and advocacy groups to generate outcome-based funding.  By the end of the day, we will co-create a plan to stand up 30 fundable local impact networks in the next five months.

Who will be attending?
Select state agencies, philanthropic organizations, statewide advocacy organizations, and local impact networks

What is a local impact network?
Any group of organizations who share a population outcome (a measurable improvement for a specific clientele in a specific geographic area).
