Below you will find information that will help you in the registration process:
  1. Your MHA 2017 membership must be current and paid up before online registration to obtain discounted conference pricing as an MHA member with member rates.  If you are a paid-up MHA member now, the original emailed invitation (that went out to all members on Sat March 4th) to register has the member passcode or word you will need to register for member pricing. It is NOT any passcode you may have established for your MHA or any other related account. The passcode is for this conference only.

  2. Join or renew your membership at: . When you renew or join MHA you will receive an email providing you with the member passcode. If, after beginning to registering as a non-member, and you would like to receive lower, member pricing, please cancel your registration and go to the same UIP link above (copy it first) and renew/join MHA. You will then receive an email from UIP providing the member passcode. You can then start your registration again, this time as a member. 

  3. A unique email will be required for each person to register.  When you finish filling out your own registration, you will have the option of adding another person, a spouse, or guest.  That person will also need their own individual email address and will need to be a member of MHA (individual, joint/spouse or student) for the lower, MHA member rate.

  4. When you complete your registration you will receive an email confirmation letter and confirmation number listing the events for which you have registered. Please check this carefully to make sure it is correct.  We will not be sending an additional confirmation letter through the mail.

  5. When registering, you will have the option of paying instantly by credit card (recommended) or by check.  If you choose to pay by check, we must receive the check at MHA's Heber City, UT office within five working days after you register or your registration may be cancelled. 

  6. Please register early. Early Bird pricing closes on May 6th, 2017. Online registration closes May 20, 2017. On-site registration will be available Wednesday, May 31st, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, June 1, at 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for those that didn't register online before the online preregistration deadline, where prices will be higher and some optional tours, sessions and meals will not be available.

  7. You must be registered for the full conference to register for optional meals and tours. The only exceptions to this are the: 1) Friday night Awards Banquet,  2) Saturday Plenary Lunch, and  3) Presidential Banquet on Saturday evening. Some tours will be made available to single-day attendees if they aren't sold out by the early-bird deadline.

  8. In the event a person finds it necessary to cancel his/her conference registration, MHA will refund the registration fee, less a $30 charge per person, until May 20, 2017.  After that date, no refunds will be made. The money paid for the conference registration fee will be considered a donation to MHA and a receipt will be issued minus the $30.00 fee.
